jobsLINE.org is now open. After finishing on changing the database system from Flatfile to mySQL and making sure everything worked fine. I decided to open up the website.  Job seekers will be able to search for jobs in their area by zipcode, city & state, county, or the whole state. Plus, they wil be able to create up to 3 resumes online to use them to apply to the jobs listed or to send to an e-mail address right from the website it self without having to download, open e-mail progra, attach, etc, etc.  A log is also created for all jobs the user had apply to.

 Employers, recuiters and job agencies will be able to post their jobs by creating an account online and submitting their company information.  Jobs Posted log is also created to track your jobs and your applicants, plus you will have access to their resume(User creates up to 3 resumes, they select which one to send when applying).  When a job seeker opens one of your jobs, they will read all your job details. It will also include your company logo(if uploaded) and your employment overviews.

 In (2003) we had developed an employment search board website from scratch, but never got the chance to finish configuring it and launching it.  Now there is time to do so and do it with small business employers in mind. We will first cover the states in the North Eastern part of the United States, with intent to expand our reach to the whole country thru the development of a partnership program(currently being planned).

Job seekers will be able to create an online profile and their resume, including cover letters(Being developed), send it to any of the listed jobs they apply to from our job openings search or any e-mail address they get from a recruiter, other online ads or newspapers (All Free).

Employers will be able to also create a profile and enter their main contact information and additional contacts(Being developed) which you can give job poster access, post job openings in our databse for job seekers to find, see who has applied and see the aplicant's resume with cover letter(which will also be received by e-mail automaticaly sent by our system).
